Our office is at 480 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, HDB Hub PropNex #10-20A, Singapore 310480. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website and in the course of our advisory work.

- Information you give us: name, contact number, email address and details about your property goals when you contact us via our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Transaction-related information: where you engage us, information reasonably required to advise on and complete a property transaction, such as property details, financing parameters and eligibility information.
- Website usage data: we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and collect device and browsing data (such as pages visited and approximate location) to help us understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and provide property advisory services.
- To send you market updates, where you have asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those under the Estate Agents Act and CEA requirements.
- To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, only as needed, with PropNex Realty as our licensed agency, with service providers who support a transaction you have engaged us for (such as law firms, banks or valuers), and with analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) in the limited form described above. Where required by law or by a regulator, we may disclose data to the relevant authorities.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out tools, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings. The website remains usable with cookies disabled.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted. Access to client data within our team is restricted to the advisors working on your matter.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits.
